6 cobs of corn, husks removed
extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
Boil water in a large pot over high heat
Once the water has boiled, turn off heat and carefully place corn into water.
Cover pot and leave for 5 minutes.
Remove corn from pot and transfer to a grill or hot pan.
Drizzle olive oil over corn, turning corn to brown different sides.
Serve with a sprinkle of paprika.
