Apples with Cinnamon Cashew Cream

This is a much healthier alternative to caramel apples, and so much more nutritious!!

 

Serves 4

Need:

½ cup raw cashews

½ teaspoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon honey

3 apples, sliced

 

How:

Place cashews in a small bowl, cover with hot water and allow to soak for 30 minutes

Add cashews, honey and cinnamon to blender and pulse until combined

Serve with sliced apples.
