Apple and Pear Sandwiches

Need-Apple and Pear Sandwiches

Apples, any type

Pears, any type

All natural peanut butter, or another nut or seed butter

Desiccated coconut



Wash and core apples and pears

Thinly slice apples and pears horizontally

Smooth a slab of peanut butter over one slice of apple or pear

Sprinkle coconut on top of peanut butter

Place another slice of apple or pear on top of peanut butter

Repeat process until you’ve used all the slices



You can also use almond or cashew butter in place of peanut butter.

Raisins and rolled oats can be sprinkled on nut butter.
