Tacos

111.5 – 2 Lbs of flank steak or brisket 4 limes, juiced
2 tablespoons tamari or soy sauce 2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes 2 scallions, sliced finely
salt and pepper

In a small bowl combine all ingredients (except meat). Place meat in slow cooker, and pour over sauce. Cook for 8 hours. Once cooked, shred meat and serve with tortillas, cabbage, cilantro, avocado and salsa.
