Chocolate Peanut Butter Energy Balls

Hummus2 ways-61 1/2 cups of almonds
1/4 cup of natural, unsweetened peanut butter
1/4 cup of raw cacao, plus extra for dusting
1/4 cup of unsweetened coconut, plus extra to roll balls in
3 scoops of chocolate KidzShake
2 1/2 tablespoons of coconut oil
1/2 tablespoon of chia seeds

Roughly chop almonds in the blender. In a large bowl combine almonds, cacao, coconut, KidzShake and chia seeds. Gently melt coconut oil and peanut butter. Pour over dry ingredients.
Use hand to combine and roll into 1″ balls. Dust with cacao or roll in coconut. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
