5 cups of baby kale leaves
1 tablespoon of EVOO or melted coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1. Preheat oven to 375 F/ 190 C
2. Place all ingredients in lidded container or snap lock bag & shake until all the kale leaves are coated
3. Pour leaves onto a parchment lined cookie sheet
4. Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes or until kale is crisp
5. Allow to cool, and enjoy!!
